This Return & Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made via the Site.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when received.
  • It is in original packaging with tags, accessories, and manuals (if any).
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice).

Exceptions / Non-returnable items (custom, made-to-order, digital downloads, final sale) — specify items that cannot be returned.
